THE LONDON GAZETTE, JANUARY 11, 1859

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between John Andrew and Edwin
Townend, carrying on business as Worsted Spinners and
Commission Agents, at the city of Manchester, under the
firm of Andrew and Company, was dissolved by the death
of the said John Andrew on the 23rd day of December now
last past. All debts due to, and owing by, the said late
firm will be received and paid by the undersigned, Edwin
Townend, who will hereafter carry on the business thereof
under the style or firm of Edwin Townend and Company.

FENTON MANGNALL, Deceased.
Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Vic., cap. 35,
intituled ” An Act to further amend the Law of Property,
and to relieve Trustees.”
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and
persons having any claims against the estate of
Fenton Mangnall, late of Moor Park-avenue, Preston, in
the county of Lancaster, Cotton Spinner and Merchant,
deceased (who died on the 3rd day of June, 1892, and
whose will was proved at Lancaster on the 31st day of
August, 1892, by Reginald Mangnall, of Moor Park-avenue,
Preston aforesaid, Cotton Spinner, and John Ranson,
of Kay-street, Preston aforesaid, Cashier, two of the
executors thereinnamed), are required, on or before
the 1st day of January next, to send to the undersigned
the particulars, in writing, of their debts or
claims; and that after such lastmentioned day the said
Reginald Mangnall and John Ranson will proceed to distribute
the assets of the said deceased among the parties
entitled thereto, having regard to the claims only of
which they shall then have had notice; and that they
will not be liable for the said assets so distributed, or
any part thereof, to any person of whose debt or claim
they shall not then have had notice.—Dated this 9th day
of November, 1892.
