This is the last Will and Testament of me Anne Mangnall of Audlem in the County of Chester Widow In the first place I decree that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give devise and bequeath all my real estate and also all my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever or over which I have any disposing power unto my three daughters Lucy Kate Mangnall Florence Mangnall and Blanche Mangnall to be held used occupied and enjoyed by my said three daughters so long as they shall be unmarried and that upon the death or marriage of one or more of them my said three daughters my said real and personal estate shall remain undivided and be held used occupied and enjoyed by such of them my said daughters or daughter as shall remain unmarried and when and so soon as my last umarried daughter shall die then I direct and it is my will that my said real and personal estate shall be divided amongst such of my children as shall be then living and the issue of such of them as shall have died such issue nevertheless taking their respective deceased parents share only and I hereby nominate and appoint my said three daughters Lucy Kate Mangnall Florence Mangnall and Blanche Mangnall Executrixes of this my will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Eighteenth day of October one thousand eight hundred and eighty six – Anne Mangnall – Signed by the said Anne Mangnall the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us both being present at the same time a who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses – R D Baker Solicitor Audlem – H E L Hall Audlem Cheshire


On the 19th April 1907 Probate of this Will was granted at Chester to Florence Mangnall and Blanche Mangnall two of the Executrixes
